Spiral installation: commonly used in the market for industrial dust filter installation method, applicable to the vertical, horizontal and Oblique installation of the filter cartridge, namely the dust collector panel of the welded scaffold, and extend to the height of the filter cartridge. The screw thread is then screwed through the rotation of the nut so that the industrial dust filter element is completely fixed and the sealing ring is in complete contact with the mounting plate.

5. matters needing attention
In the production process, we also need to pay attention to the filter paper. The filter paper is generally divided into domestic paper and imported paper, and the grade is divided into three grades: high, middle and low! You can select and use the filter paper according to the customer's requirements here! The paper folding needs to be calculated according to the specification of the filter element. The size of each product is different, so it will not be described in detail here! Both ends of the air filter element are generally divided into Pu and iron cover. The iron cover needs to be pasted with adhesive strip, and the process is relatively simple! Pu process is relatively complex. It can be divided into manual Pu and mechanical Pu! To ensure the cleanliness and hardness of both ends of the product, wear rubber gloves in the dust-free workshop during the production process!
