4. Production process
Steel mesh is made of steel plate by professional machinery. Steel mesh machinery is divided into light, medium and heavy models. Light and medium steel mesh machinery mainly make steel mesh with small aperture. Cold rolled steel plate is used as raw material. Coil can be used to produce longer mesh length. The advantage of heavy-duty steel mesh is that it can produce Hot-rolled sheets with a thickness of 2-8mm, with a maximum width of 2m, but the length of the mesh is limited by the length of the sheets.There are many processes in the manufacturing process of steel mesh. First, high-quality metal plates are used. After mechanical punching, shearing and stretching of steel mesh, the mesh of steel mesh can be formed through this process. After the steel mesh is stretched, the length and width of the steel mesh shall meet the requirements through the measurement of the inspector.After the steel mesh is inspected as qualified, the steel mesh shall be sent to the flat mesh workshop, and the steel mesh shall be flattened by double roller leveler. During the treatment, the leveling personnel shall check whether the mesh is firmly connected. Then carry out surface treatment according to the customer's requirements. The treatment methods include: oiling, galvanizing, plastic spraying, painting, etc. After passing the inspection, it can be packaged and delivered.
Punching mesh mold making: the punching mesh process begins with accurate mold design, and the quality of the mold determines the quality of the punching mesh to a great extent. Leveling of punching mesh plate: due to the different stress degree of punching mesh of various specifications in the production process, there will be the possibility of deformation, so we can use the leveling machine to restore the punched deformed punching plate to its original flat state. Steel plates with a thickness of 0.8mm-12mm can be leveled.
